Referral Program Terms

Every SupaClone workspace includes a personal referral link, available in Settings. Participation is optional and free.

When a new user signs up through your link, the referral is recorded for that person's identity. Each real-world identity can be referred once, ever - including after an account is deleted and recreated. Referrals are only recorded for genuinely new signups: an existing customer who clicks a referral link is not attributed.

A signup alone grants nothing. A reward is issued only when the referred user completes their first qualifying purchase (section 2). One reward per referred customer, on their first qualifying purchase only.

The following purchases qualify, with the current rewards for each side:

• Credit Pack ($9 one-time): the referred user receives 1 bonus clone credit on top of the pack; the referrer receives 1 clone credit, or $1 cash if the referrer has an active Lifetime plan.
• Pro Yearly ($79 per year): the referred user receives 5 bonus clone credits; the referrer receives 3 clone credits, or $8 cash if the referrer has an active Lifetime plan.
• Lifetime ($99 one-time): the referred user receives a $10 discount, applied automatically at checkout; the referrer receives 5 clone credits, or $10 cash if the referrer has an active Lifetime plan.

Free signups, failed payments, and abandoned checkouts do not trigger a reward. The amounts above are the currently configured values; we may adjust them prospectively as described in section 7.

Bonus clone credits are granted automatically after the qualifying payment completes. They behave like all other clone credits: one credit corresponds to one successful clone run, failed runs do not consume a credit, credits do not expire, and credits have no cash value and cannot be paid out. The referred user's Lifetime discount is applied by us directly in Stripe checkout; it requires no code and cannot be claimed afterwards.

Referrer rewards are paid as clone credits by default. If the referrer has an active Lifetime plan at the time the reward is granted, the reward is paid as cash instead, because clone credits have no value to an account with unlimited clone runs. Whether you receive credits or cash is determined by your plan at the time the reward is granted, not at the time the referral was recorded.

Cash rewards accrue in USD to a withdrawable referral balance shown in Settings. The balance is not a deposit, earns no interest, is not transferable, and can only be paid out as described in section 4.

Payouts are processed exclusively through Stripe Connect. To withdraw, you must complete Stripe's Express onboarding for a connected account, including identity verification (KYC) and connecting a bank account. We never see or store your banking details; they are handled by Stripe.

A payout can be requested once your balance reaches $25. Each withdrawal transfers your full available balance in USD to your connected account. Processing times, payout schedules, and any currency conversion applied by Stripe or your bank are outside our control. You are responsible for any taxes on referral earnings.

We may withhold or delay payouts while a review under section 6 is ongoing, while Stripe's requirements for your connected account are not met, or where required by law. A payout may be reversed if the underlying transfer fails or is reversed by Stripe, or if the associated rewards are voided under section 6; reversed amounts are removed from, or charged back against, your referral balance.

The program rewards genuine recommendations. The following are prohibited:

• Self-referral in any form, including referring accounts, organizations, or identities you own or control.
• Creating fake, duplicate, or throwaway accounts, or using multiple identities to trigger rewards.
• Spam or unsolicited distribution of your link, including bulk messaging, comment spam, or posting where it is not welcome.
• Paying, rebating, or otherwise incentivizing people to sign up or purchase through your link.
• Misleading promotion, including presenting yourself as SupaClone or Denvo, or misrepresenting the product or the rewards.

We reserve the right to review referral activity where we suspect abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Referral Program Terms or the Terms of Service, and to request reasonable information from you as part of that review. While a review is ongoing we may withhold payouts and freeze referral balances.

Where we determine a breach has occurred, we may deny or withhold payouts, reduce or void referral balances, credits, and rewards, reverse completed transfers, remove referral attributions, and suspend or terminate your participation in the program, in addition to any rights under the Terms of Service. We apply these measures proportionately and in good faith.

Reward amounts, qualifying purchases, and the minimum payout threshold are program parameters that we may change at any time with prospective effect. Changes never retroactively reduce rewards already granted or balances already earned in accordance with these terms.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program as a whole. If we terminate the program, we will provide eligible participants a reasonable opportunity to withdraw properly earned cash balances, except where section 6 applies.

These Referral Program Terms form part of the Terms of Service. Definitions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and the governing-law and dispute provisions of the Terms of Service apply to the referral program. If these Referral Program Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms prevail for the referral program.
