Terms of Service

You must sign in with an authorized account and may only connect Supabase projects that you are permitted to access. You are responsible for keeping your SupaClone account, Supabase account, and project credentials secure.

Organization owners are responsible for activity in their organization, including connected projects, clone jobs, billing, and account deletion requests.

SupaClone is intended for backup, migration, testing, staging, and recovery workflows involving projects you control. You must not use SupaClone to access, copy, exfiltrate, or process data without a lawful basis and appropriate authorization.

Clone targets must be fresh or disposable Supabase projects. SupaClone does not merge into existing applications and may reject targets that already contain user-managed application objects.

SupaClone can clone user-managed schemas, tables, policies, functions, triggers, indexes, views, constraints, extensions, enums, selected table data, Storage buckets/files, and Edge Function code where the selected mode supports it.

Supabase-managed auth data and secret values are intentionally excluded. Edge Function secrets and other environment secrets must be recreated manually in the target project.

Clone reports, warnings, and verification output are provided to help you review a run, but you remain responsible for validating the target project before using it in production.

Clone runs are available through a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase; promotional or referral credits may also be granted. One run or credit corresponds to one successful clone run, and failed runs do not consume a run or credit. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once consumed by a successful run.

Once your clone runs and credits are used up, clone access may be blocked until additional credits are purchased or an active subscription or lifetime purchase is in place. Connected projects and account data may remain visible so you can manage billing, exports, or deletion.

Prices, billing intervals, lifetime access, taxes, discounts, and renewals are handled through Stripe checkout and the Stripe customer portal.

We sell in USD by default and, where offered, in a local currency. Prices may differ by country or region: the price and currency presented at checkout, determined based on the location we detect for you, are the ones that apply. Available payment methods (including UPI for purchases priced in Indian Rupees) are determined by Stripe at checkout. If regional pricing is obtained by misrepresenting your location (for example through a VPN or proxy), we may cancel the purchase or charge the difference to the regular price.

"Lifetime" access refers to the lifetime of the SupaClone product, not the lifetime of the purchaser: it grants the purchasing organization access to SupaClone, including features added to it later, for as long as we commercially offer the product. Lifetime access is a one-time, non-transferable purchase, does not extend to successor or separate products, and ends if SupaClone is discontinued or retired.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable and subscription periods already started are not refunded on cancellation. Where a refund is granted, it is issued to the original payment method in the currency originally charged; differences arising from exchange rates or bank fees are not compensated.

SupaClone offers an optional referral program. You can share a personal referral link, and when a person you referred completes their first qualifying purchase, both sides receive a reward: bonus clone credits, a checkout discount, or, for referrers with an active Lifetime plan, a cash reward. The current reward amounts, eligibility rules, payout conditions, and prohibited conduct are set out in the Referral Program Terms, which form part of these Terms for everyone who participates in the program.

Cash rewards accrue to a withdrawable referral balance and are paid out exclusively through Stripe Connect. Payouts require completed Stripe onboarding, including identity verification and a connected bank account, a minimum balance of $25, and are transferred in USD. We reserve the right to review referral activity where we suspect abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms, and to withhold or deny payouts, reduce or void referral balances, credits, and rewards, and reverse completed transfers that were obtained in breach of the Referral Program Terms.

We may change reward amounts and other program parameters, or modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, at any time with prospective effect. Balances properly earned under the program rules are not affected by such changes, except where they resulted from abuse.

SupaClone may change features, limits, pricing, and supported clone modes over time. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

Beta or coming-soon features may be incomplete, change without notice, or require additional manual steps.

Organization owners may request account deletion from settings. Deletion cancels in-flight clone jobs, deletes the related Stripe customer where present, deletes the organization and its associated SupaClone records, and deletes the authenticated user.

Stripe may retain invoices, charges, and related payment records as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Denvo and its licensors own SupaClone, including its software, design, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SupaClone during your subscription for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, copy, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.

You retain all rights to your connected projects, your data, and clone output written into your target projects. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service, such as processing project metadata and running the clone jobs you request.

SupaClone is provided as a tool to automate cloning workflows. You are responsible for backups, permissions, target project selection, review of clone reports, and production readiness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaClone is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free cloning, or fitness for a particular production use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue, and our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

If you use SupaClone in a business capacity, you will indemnify Denvo against third-party claims arising from your content, your connected projects, or your breach of these Terms, including claims that you lacked authorization to access or clone a project, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms is the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and this choice of law and venue does not deprive you of it.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the application or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
